Hybrid Circuit: HIIT style class. Each Hybrid Circuit begins with mobility, stretching, glute & ab activation. Class then segues into a heart rate intensive circuit of strength & cardio exercises.
Hybrid Strength: Resistance training style class. Each Hybrid Strength workout begins with mobility, stretching and activation exercises. Class then segues into strength exercises with a focus on progressive overload. The session concludes with 10-15 of high intensity cardio intervals.
Hybrid Blast: HIIT style class. Typically involves circuits of strength and cardio exercises in an AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) or EMOM (every minute on the minute) format. Each session begins with mobility, stretching and activation exercises.
