Strength training and aerobic fitness are crucial factors when it comes to having great health that spans your lifetime and that’s why Hybrid delivers both. The Hybrid Strong Program takes the guess work out of how to train…we show you how through expert coaching and exercise designed to elevate your strength, fitness and body composition to a new standard. If your goal is to be in the best shape of your life or simply feel better than this program is a great solution.

Each Hybrid Strong Program spans 8 weeks with an emphasis on quality of movement, safe progressive loading and having fun in the gym. Workouts include exercise variations using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, treadmills, rowers, bikes and more. A typical client trains 2-3 days in strength workouts and 1-2 days in circuits. Clients who are new to group training often start in our semi-private training program where they’re educated on proper technique and intensity and build their skill set with a customized plan…and then move into the Hybrid Strong Program.
